Every box is made to order for one person, so here's exactly how getting it to them works.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. If a PIN code isn't serviceable, we'll tell you on WhatsApp before we start.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every box — it's already included in the price.
How long it takes
- Please order at least 2 weeks before the occasion. A month ahead is even better. We use that time to source the gifts, test every product, write the guide, make the song and build the box.
- Delivery: usually 4–7 days once your box ships, depending on the PIN code.
- Ordering with less than 2 weeks to go? Message us on WhatsApp first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking
We send the tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your box ships.
Address and delivery issues
- Please double-check the address and PIN code. If a box is returned because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we'll re-ship it once the re-delivery charge is paid.
- If the courier loses your box, we'll rebuild and re-send it at no extra cost.
