Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only what we need to build and deliver one great gift. We don't sell your data, we don't spam you, and we definitely don't tell the recipient what you said about them.

What we collect

• About you: your name, phone/WhatsApp number and email — so we can talk to you about the order (and only the order).
• About your recipient: their name, the occasion, whatever you tell us about them, the delivery address and (optionally) their phone number for the courier. Yes, including the embarrassing nickname. It's safe with us.
• For own-voice songs: the short voice recording you send us.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and ID — never your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
• On your device: this website keeps your cart, your chat with Kiwi and your checkout draft in your own browser, so nothing is lost if you wander off. It stays on your device until you send it to us.

How we use it

To design your box, write the guide and the song, deliver it, and talk to you about your order. That's it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't use it for unrelated marketing unless you say yes.

Who we share it with (a very short list)

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Courier partners — only the delivery name, address and phone number. They don't need the embarrassing nickname.
• Our website host (Cloudflare or Netlify) and FormSubmit, the service that delivers the details you send through the site to our inbox.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for 2 years for accounts and support, then deleted. Voice recordings are deleted within 30 days of your song being delivered, because nobody needs a folder full of other people's voices.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run ad trackers or sell your browsing to anyone. The only things stored in your browser are the helpful bits above (your cart, Kiwi's chat, your checkout draft). The only cookies we like are the chocolate-chip kind.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll say so on the site too.
